Workshop at SPA2006 facilitated by WillemVanDenEnde and MarcEvers.
The objective of this workshop is to understand better why and in which context certain tools work (or don't work) for us, to understand what the associated costs and benefits are, and to learn new tools and techniques from others. We are interested in people tools, systems tools, process tools, and technical tools, all tools that provide observable value. See also the workshop description.
If you intend to attend, we would appreciate it if you leave your name and possibly name some of your favourite tools here, possibly with a tentative description, so we can all prepare mentally if we wish to (you are free to 'just show up' as well).
Output
We want to capture knowledge about the tools in a pattern-like format: name, context, problem, solution, resulting consequences and liabilities, example stories.
